Pre-approval

Yay!  We got pre-approval from the bank, so things are moving in the right direction.  Now we just need to get the project costs down a bit... easier said than done!

Our designer is getting started on the working drawings, we're working on the electrical layouts and joinery.  Have started discussions with the bank on the finance front, yet to hear anything back from them.  The builder (Hotondo) will try to get the engineering done in parallel with everything else - the goal is to be building by March so we have a chance to being in by Christmas 2014!
